本研究旨在探討國中與國小教師和行政人員的專業諮詢經驗與需求。研究延續諮詢經驗之分區焦點團體訪談所得之要項,來編製「學校心理諮詢經驗及需求調查問卷」作為調查工具,問卷包含「一般教師諮詢需求」、「危機諮詢需求」以及「行政諮詢需求」三部分之經驗與需求調查。研究主要邀請國小和國中兩個層級,以及臺灣北、中、南、東四區域的教師和行政人員填寫問卷,共收集得513份有效樣本總數。研究採描述性統計、變異數分析及Pearson積差相關等統計方法來進行分析。研究結果發現:在性別差異上,女性教師在一般教師諮詢需求中「個案分析與研討」和「情緒支持與抒解」、危機諮詢需求全項目,以及行政諮詢需求中「團隊支持與同盟建構」均顯著較高。在任教階段上,國小教師在一般教師諮詢需求中「親師溝通與家長協助」、「個案分析與研討」和「班級經營與管理」顯著高於國中老師。對於諮詢經驗之有無進行分析,有諮詢經驗之教師及行政人員,在一般教師諮詢需求中「情緒支持與抒解」以及行政諮詢需求全項目,顯著的高於無經驗者。教師的年資、區域、現任職務,以及是否曾擔任行政等,在各向度諮詢需求上無顯著差異。但研究針對過往接受諮詢之滿意度再加以分析發現,過往詢滿意程度與各向度之諮詢需求有低至中度以上相關。研究依據結果進行討論,並從學校專任輔導教師、學校心理師以及學校社工師等專業角色於諮詢實務之發揮,加以提出相關建議。
This research aims to explore the professional consultation experience and needs of the teachers and administrators in junior high and elementary schools. The "Consultation Experience and Needs Questionnaire for School Psychological Service" which self-made through the pilot study for explored their consultation experience and needs by focus group interview was compiled as the investigation tool. Three sections of teachers’ general needs for consultation, administration consultation needs, and crisis consultation needs were included in this questionnaire. The data collection, total number of 513 valid samples, were mainly invited and gathered through the teachers and administrators in the four regions of North, Central, South, and East Taiwan, and two levels of elementary and junior high school. Statistical procedures of descriptive statistics, variance analysis and Pearson product difference correlation methods were adopted for data analysis. The results found that in terms of gender differences, female teachers are significantly higher than male on "case analysis and discussion" and "emotion support and expression" of general teacher consultation, all indicators of crisis consultation needs, and "team support and alliance construction" of administrative consultation needs. In the instruction level, elementary school teachers are significantly higher than junior high school teachers in terms of "parent-teacher communication and parent assistance", "case analysis and discussion", and "class arrangement and management" of general teacher consultation needs. For analyzing the have consultation experience or inexperienced, teachers and administrators with consultation experience showed significantly higher needs than inexperienced teachers on "emotion support and expression" of general teacher consultation needs, and all indicators of administrative consultation needs. There are no significant difference presented in the consultation needs of various dimensions in terms of teachers' seniority, region, current position, and whether they have served in administration. However, the study analyzed the satisfaction of the past consultations experience and found that the satisfaction of the past consultations was low to moderately relations to the consultation needs of all dimensions. Relevant discussions are addressed based on the results, and recommendations from the professional roles of the school counselor, school psychologist, and school social worker for the consultation practice are also proposed.
