本研究針對半導體產業供應商之品質管理系統如(1) 進料與異常管理流程(2)供應商評鑑(3) 供應商稽核(4) 供應商評價(5) 供應商涉入等五大範疇為研究主軸。運用TRIZ理論與工具，有系統的來分析上述供應商品質管理五大範疇，現況所面臨的問題，以便提供解決之道及探討未來可能發展之模式。主要研究的方法為TRIZ解決問題架構，藉由個案資料與問卷調查及訪談的方式，進行個案分析以研究探討下列問題：
(1) 分析半導體業供應商品質管理的模式所遭遇的問題與探討可能解決的方式。
(2) 探討半導體業供應商品質管理五大範疇相互關係與影響對改善品質的貢獻。
(3) 從演化的角度探討半導體業供應商品質管理未來發展方向與對公司之影響。
本研究之最主要貢獻有以下幾項：
(1) 針對國內半導體原物料供應商之品質問題，藉由問卷及訪談，做一系統性的調查與彙整分析，整理出最常見的供應商品質管理問題。
(2) 有效的運用TRIZ理論與工具在供應商品質管理實務面上，提供業界一種新的解決問題模式。
(3) 建構了半導體原物料供應商之品質管理衝突表，協助產業面臨品質管理衝突時，能快速的聚焦與找到解題方向。
(4) 建構了半導體原物料供應商之管理系統圖，可協助業者在供應商管理作業方面的改善，與資源的調整及人力的安排與訓練。
(5) 建構了半導體原物料供應商之品質管理策略表，可協助業者針對不同類別之供應商，採取適當的管理策略以促進雙贏。

The research focused on the five areas related to supplier quality management for a semiconductor firm including the (1) Incoming inspection and abnormal management (2) Supplier assessment (3) Supplier audit (4) Supplier evaluation (5) Supplier involvement. By using the TRIZ approach, this thesis analyzes the approaches to address these issues and provides the solution and the possible development mode in the future.
The methodology of this research is to combine TRIZ method and case study, with questionnaire and interview in order to investigate topics below:
(1) To analyze the current issues of the supplier quality management for a semiconductor firm and to search the possible solutions.
(2) To identify the relationship and contribution of the five areas of supplier quality management.
(3) To explore the development direction of supplier quality management from the view of evolution.
The main contributions of this research is listed below:
(1) Identify the most important issues of supplier quality management for the semiconductor sector by the analysis of questionnaire and interview.
(2) Provide a new methodology for problem solving in supplier quality management by using TRIZ theory and tools.
(3) Setup the contradiction matrix of supplier quality management of the semiconductor sector for focusing quickly and easy to find the direction of solution.
(4) Setup the management system diagram of semiconductor sector for system improvement, resources management, personnel arrangement and training.
(5) Setup the strategy table of supplier quality management of semiconductor sector for the management by different level suppliers.
