本研究運用質性研究中的訪談法，旨在了解二十四位音樂科系畢業生的個人背景、學習音樂的動機與歷程，以及這些因素與受訪者在職涯、生涯及家庭親子關係上的相互影響關係；研究者在訪談分析過程中盡量保持研究中立的立場，並期望本文能給予學習音樂的後進及音樂科系畢業的同事們，在職場規劃、生涯規劃與家庭親子關係上參考的多元價值；本文的研究結果如下：

1. 音樂科系畢業生在職場、生涯規劃和家庭親子關係互相影響經驗裡，個人特質、原生家庭氣氛及原生家庭價值觀等因素的影響力最大。
2. 在學習音樂背景變項因素中，對於音樂科系畢業生在職場、生涯規劃和家庭親子關係，影響最大的是學習音樂動機、歷程及學習音樂後的改變與影響等因素。
3. 音樂科系畢業生的職場與生涯規劃和個人特質、興趣、動機、原生家庭氣氛及家庭親子關係等因素有明顯的關聯性。
4. 音樂科系畢業生的家庭親子關係與生涯規劃和學習音樂背景、價值觀及職場等因素有明顯的關聯性。
5. 當職場遇上家庭親子關係時，音樂科系畢業生皆很關心且優先考量家庭親子關係，尤其女性受訪者，需謹慎且階段性的生涯規劃。

In this research we utilize nature research's interview method for the purpose of understanding the motivation and course of twenty-four music graduates, as well as those factors with the career status, career planning, family and parent-child relationship on the mutual influence relations; The researcher maintains the standpoint of the research as neutral as possible in the interview and research process, and hopes that the research can provide background learning music and music department graduation colleagues be a reference in career status, career planning, family and parent-child relationship. This article research discovery is shown as follows:

1. Music graduates in the career status, career planning, family and parent-child relationship affect each experience, personal qualities, original family atmosphere, and values of original family have the most influence.

2. In variable factors of studying music, motivation to learn music, course to learn music, the influence and change after studying music have the most influence for music graduates in the career status, career planning, family and parent-child relationship.

3. Career status and career planning of music graduates have obvious relevance with personal qualities, interests, motivation, original family atmosphere and family parent-child relationship.

4. Family and parent-child relationship and career planning of music graduates have obvious relevance with career status, values, and the background of studying music.

5. When the career status meets family and parent-child relationship. Music graduates are concerned and consider priority the family and parent-child relationship, especially female respondents. Be careful and plan career in different stage.
