本研究旨在探討航空公司的招募活動如何可以幫助航空公司選拔到合適的
人才。本研究首先歸納了國際上不同航空公司的空服員招募活動,發現各大航空
公司招募標準日趨嚴格,但是現有文獻較少探討呈現為低錄取率的,日趨細緻與
嚴格的航公司招募活動與航空公司整體競爭策略的關係。本研究以長榮公司為例,
探討其招募活動與公司競爭策略的關係,並歸納出與航空公司競爭策略融合的招
募策略。本研究發現:不同的航空公司採用不同的招募策略來選擇最適合其企業
文化的人才。保守型航司的招募流程往往比較規範,等級制度也比較嚴格,而活
潑型航司的招聘方式則更加多元化,強調空乘人員的個人特質。
This study aims to explore how recruitment activities in the aviation industry can
help airlines identify suitable talents. Initially, an analysis was conducted on the
recruitment activities of flight attendants in various international airlines. It was found
that major airlines have increasingly stringent recruitment standards. However, existing
literature has limited discussion on the relationship between the low admission rates,
detailed and rigorous recruitment activities, and the overall competitive strategies of
airlines. Taking EVA Air as a case study, this research examines the relationship
between its recruitment activities and the company’s competitive strategy, and identifies
recruitment strategies that align with the competitive strategies of airlines. The study
reveals that different companies employ distinct recruitment strategies to select talents
that best fit their corporate culture. Conservative-style airlines tend to have standardized
recruitment processes and strict hierarchical systems, while lively-style airlines adopt
more diverse recruitment approaches and emphasize the personal traits of flight
attendants.
