本研究主要探討城鄉差距對國小學童網路學習現況的影響，並就影響國小學童電腦網路學習的使用意願的外部變數進行討論。並在科技接受模式的架構下，研究國小學童電腦網路學習意願、認知有用性、及認知易用性三者之相關性。
本研究以桃園縣某兩所國小為例，以問卷調查法，以自行編制之「國小學童電腦網路學習的使用意願量表」、「國小學童電腦網路認知有用性量表」及「國小學童電腦網路認知易用性量表」等為研究工具，共計回收有效問卷258份。調查所得資料以t 檢定、卡方檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜相關及逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析。
本研究的結論如下：
一、 國小高年級學童對於電腦網路學習的使用現況呈現正向、積極的態度。
二、 國小高年級學童的城鄉差距對環境變項（家中電腦設備、家中網路設備）存在顯著差異。
三、 國小高年級學童的「外部變項」對其電腦網路「學習的使用意願」、「認知有用性」與「認知易用性」具有顯著差異。
四、 國小高年級學童「電腦網路學習的使用意願」、「電腦網路認知有用性」與「電腦網路認知易用性」三者間存有中、高度正相關。
五、 電腦網路「認知有用性」及「認知易用性」可以有效預測電腦網路「學習的使用意願」。

This thesis investigated how the urban-rural differences affected the Internet learning for elementary students. In addition, there was also discussion about the elementary school students’willingness of Internet studying in terms of outer variables. Under the willing-to-accept technology framework, this dissertation also focused on the relationship among “Intention”,”Perceived Usefulness” and “Perceived Ease” of using computer and Internet in learning.

Two elementary schools in Taoyuan County were chosen to conduct this study by using three self-designed research instruments , i.e. “The Intention of Using Computer and Internet in Learning for Elementary School Students Questionnaire”,“The Perceived Usefulness of Using Computer and Internet in Learning for Elementary School Students Questionnaire” and “The Perceived Ease of using Computer and Internet in Learning for Elementary School Students Questionnaire”.

There were 258 returned questionnaires and the data were analyzed in various statistical methods including mean, standard deviation, t-test,chisquare test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis and stepwise multiple linear regression analysis.

The findings of the study are as follows：
1. The students’intention, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using computer and Internet in learning are above average.
2. There is significant difference in the urban-rural difference study.
3. The outer factors of elementary school students at higher grade have significant difference in the learning intention, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using computer and Internet learning.
4. There are positive and middle or high correlation among elementary school student’s intention,perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using computer and Internet in learning.
5. The intention of using computer and Internet in learning of elementary students could be effectively predicted by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using computer and Internet in learning
