本研究目的在於瞭解幼稚園實習輔導教師實施臨床視導的過程，以及探討臨床視導對實習教師與實習輔導教師專業發展的幫助，因此研究問題為：幼稚園實習輔導教師如何實施臨床視導？影響臨床視導實施的相關因素有哪些？臨床視導對實習輔導教師與實習教師的專業發展有何助益？
本研究採用行動研究的方式進行。透過「計畫會議—教室觀察—回饋會議」三步驟的視導週期，分別針對兩位實習教師進行臨床視導。資料蒐集的方法包括訪談實習教師，蒐集各式文件資料，以及實施臨床視導所產生的各項資料：如視導會議轉譯稿、教室觀察紀錄。
研究發現羅蘭老師在四次視導週期中改善團討技巧與增進教學活動的規劃能力；玫瑰老師歷經五次視導週期後，解決了課室管理的問題；兩位實習教師在臨床視導的過程中皆發展了省思與探究的能力；實習輔導教師也在實施臨床視導的過程中展現視導技巧、澄清教育信念、看見行動角色。影響臨床視導的實施因素包括：實習教師與實習輔導教師的視導關係、實習教師的人格特質、實習輔導教師的專業知能、臨床視導期間的規劃與安排、其它參與人員的參與情形。
依據研究發現，本研究提出三項結論：教育實習的實作階段適合以臨床視導為輔導策略、實施臨床視導需要相關條件的配合、實施臨床視導有助於實習教師與實習輔導教師的專業發展。並提出將臨床視導運用在教育實習階段、將臨床視導納入職前與在職進修課程、未來研究等建議。

The purpose of this study is to understand the implementation of clinical supervision for a cooperating teacher in a kindergarten, and the possible benefit to both the student teachers and the cooperating teacher. Three research questions addressed were: (1) How does a cooperating teacher conduct clinical supervision? (2) What are the factors associated with the implementation of clinical supervision? (3) What is the influence of clinical supervision on the student teachers’ and the cooperating teacher’s professional development?
Action research was employed in this study. The supervision cycle of planning conference, classroom observation, and feedback conference has applied with two student teachers as a means for clinical supervision. Interviews with two student teachers, related documents and files, and data associated with clinical supervision, such as the conference transcriptions and classroom observation were used for data sources.
The study reveals one of the student teachers has improved the group discussion technique and the activity planning ability after the period of four supervision cycles. The other student teacher has solved the issues of classroom management after five supervision cycles. During the process of clinical supervision, both student teachers have developed the ability of reflection and inquiry. The cooperating teacher has also improved the supervision technique and clarified her teaching beliefs. The influential factors on the implementation of clinical supervision are: (1) The interaction between the mentor-teacher and the student teachers, (2) the personality of the student teachers, (3) the professional knowledge of the cooperating teacher, (4) the effective planning during the supervision, and (5) the participation of other related persons.
Conclusions drawn from this study are: (1) Clinical supervision is useful for supervising student teachers, (2) The implementation of clinical supervision requires certain assisting circumstances, and (3) clinical supervision has improved both the cooperating teacher’s and the student teachers’ professional development. Furthermore, this study suggests to employ clinical supervision in practicum, preservice teacher education, and inservice teacher education. Implications for future research are presented.
