眷村作為充滿特殊歷史價值和文化意義的獨特場所,有許多地方政府都將舊有 眷村空間改為景點來保存眷村文化。社群媒體是遊客瞭解眷村景點資訊和形成目的地意象的重要途徑,也會影響遊客的旅遊決策。因此,探討眷村景點在社群媒體上的線上目的地意象要素,對於促進眷村景點的可持續發展至關重要。本研究以臺灣北部區域眷村景點為例,透過社群媒體資料分析其線上目的地意象。
本研究採用內容分析法,以 Instagram 平台作為資料來源,藉此克服傳統問卷或訪談法在抽樣上可能產生的偏誤,並減少時間、天氣等因素對樣本的影響。根據本研究自行建構的照片認知特徵類型:眷村人物象徵、建築特色、再現文化裝置、歷史文化遺物和生活風格體驗,來分析眷村景點的認知意象。此外,本研究也分析 貼文文本對眷村景點之線上旅遊目的地意象的影響,特別是遊客評論和主題標籤是如何影響眷村景點的情感評價與關注主題。這些要素相互作用,形成遊客對眷村的印象和期待。
研究結果顯示,臺灣北部眷村景點的發展是為推動眷村文化保存而起,主要是透過保留舊有眷村空間與生活方式來展現眷村文化。保存眷村生活體驗的價值在於呈現出過去眷村生活的面貌,讓民眾能夠認識和認同眷村文化。然而,眷村景點在目前透過建築與再現裝置為主要呈現方式,這對於眷村文化的多元性表現仍有提升的空間。
Military dependents' villages are unique places with special historical value and cultural significance. Many local governments have turned the old military dependents' villages into attractions to preserve the culture of the villages. Social media is an important way for tourists to learn about the information and form destination images of the military dependents' village attractions, and it also affects tourists' travel decisions. Therefore, exploring the online destination image elements of the military dependents' village attractions on social media is crucial for promoting the sustainable development of the military dependents' village attractions. This study takes the military dependents' village attractions in northern Taiwan as an example and analyzes their online destination image through social media data.
This study adopts content analysis method and uses Instagram platform as the data source, which overcomes the possible bias in sampling caused by traditional questionnaires or interviews, and reduces the impact of factors such as time and weather on the samples. According to the photo cognitive feature types constructed by this study: military dependents' village character symbols, architectural features, cultural representation devices, historical and cultural relics, and lifestyle experiences, the cognitive image of the military dependents' village attractions is analyzed. In addition, this study also analyzes the impact of post texts on the online tourist destination image of the military dependents' village attractions, especially how tourists' comments and hashtags affect the emotional evaluation and attention topics of the military dependents' village attractions. These elements interact with each other to form tourists' impressions and expectations of the military dependents' villages.
The research results show that the development of military dependents' village attractions in northern Taiwan is to promote the preservation of military dependents' village culture, mainly by retaining the old military dependents' village space and lifestyle to show the culture of military dependents' villages. The value of preserving military dependents' village life experience lies in presenting the appearance of past military dependents' village life, allowing people to recognize and identify with military dependents' village culture. However, military dependents' village attractions currently use architecture and representation devices as the main presentation methods, which still have room for improvement in terms of expressing the diversity of military dependents' village culture.
