服務設計不同於以往單純只面對產品或是互動界面的設計,他更是整合了硬體、軟體及網路等多面向的問題,因此整個服務系統要面對的問題將非常複雜,也更需要跨領域團隊來面對。而設計的流程將可以幫助跨領域的團隊聚焦在一起,但是流程沒有標準,因此如果能視專案團隊所需設計適合的流程,便更能使跨領域團隊進行合作並共創價值。
本研究透過實際的專案案例,研究30個家戶的電視使用行為,透過研究過程當中實際執行的方法來探究服務設計活動中,三種邏輯推理模式:歸納、溯因及演繹的交互運用關係。驗證不同的邏輯運用在服務設計活動中所扮演的角色及其發揮的功能,因此當我們未來在規劃服務設計專案流程時,只要在定義出要解決的問題及提出最終執行的概念的兩個階段中,將歸納、溯因及演繹透過不同的工具、方法及流程,在專案中成為實際可操作的工作。我們可以回到根本思考專案的目標及範疇,確立我們需要處理的工作項目並選擇搭配適合的工具及方法,而不再是只有一個標準的作業流程。
