機車租賃產業相較於汽車租賃產業,發展受到許多條件限制,在人力、資源及資金無法有效運用的前提下,使得往往無法往企業化發展。經由綜觀至微觀的分析,從汽車租賃產業探索到機車租賃產業,發覺以往未見或顯見的問題。當瞭解台灣租賃環境後,將研究焦點聚集在研究個案中,藉由逆向拆解整合資訊架構ARIS,找出實際需要科技和技術來協助個案店家管理,並試圖藉此導入新服務流程,提升體驗和創造新價值。最後藉由無線感測裝置,作為自動化機車租賃的管理基礎,再經由下到上,將出入回報、位置回報、維護資訊及人員控管等資訊整合,完成協助個案業者以最少人力,可做到全面性的店務管理,甚至可透過所收集之資料流作未來營運決策和方向。期望能透過此產業分析瞭解產業結構現況,再進行管理創新之後,重新探討新商業模式的可能,未來更能夠解決其他產業的相似問題,發展出實際成功的新商業模式,協助機車租賃業者成長,也可將此想法運用在創業之上,成為相關產業之借鏡。
