  • 本研究究旨在探討教保服務人員幽默感、工作熱忱及創意教學表現之現況,並分析三者
    間相關與中介效果。研究者透過文獻探討建立理論基礎,自行編製「教保服務人員幽默感、工作熱忱及創意教學表現問卷」,以臺灣地區22個直轄市、縣(市)公、私立教保服務人員為研究對象,採以系統抽樣方式抽取出 80間幼兒園,共計發放 600份問卷,回收有效問卷
    448 份,有效回收率為74.7%,隨後的資料統計分析發現如下:
    一、教保服務人員幽默感現況達中等知覺程度,其中以「自我提升型幽默」風格為最高。
    二、教保服務人員工作熱忱現況達高度知覺程度,其中以「工作成就」層面為最高。
    三、教保服務人員創意教學表現現況達高度知覺程度,其中以「學生潛能」層面為最高。
    四、教保服務人員幽默感與工作熱忱呈現中低度正相關。
    五、教保服務人員工作熱忱與創意教學表現呈現中高度正相關。
    六、教保服務人員幽默感與創意教學表現呈現中低度正相關。
    七、教保服務人員工作熱忱未能有效中介幽默感與創意教學表現之間的關係。
    最後,本研究依據文獻探討、研究結果及結論提出建議,以供學前教育機關、教保服務
    人員及未來相關研究者參考。


    The purpose of this study is not only to discuss preschool educators humor, work passion and creative teaching performance, but also to discuss work passion bow to mediate between the humor and creative teaching performance. Through a literature review, the theoretical foundation was established, and a self-designed questionnaire, "Humor, Work Passion, and Creative Teaching Performance Questionnaire for preschool educators," was developed. The research targeted preschool educators from 22 municipalities and counties in Taiwan, including both public and private institutions. Systematic sampling was employed to select 80 preschools, and a total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, with 448 valid responses collected, yielding a valid response rate of 74.7%. Subsequent statistical analysis of the data revealed the following findings:
    1.Preschool educators is intermediate extent to the humor. Among all, the self-enhancing humor style has the highest level.
    2.Preschool educators is average-to-high extent to the work passion. Among all, the job achievement has the highest level.
    3.Preschool educators is average-to-high extent to the creative teaching performance. Among all, the student potential has the highest level.
    4.Preschool educators humor and work passion are moderate to low and positively correlated.
    5.Preschool educators work passion and creative teaching performance are moderate to high and positively correlated.
    6.Preschool educators humor and creative teaching performance are moderate to low and positively correlated.
    7.Work passion among preschool educators did not effectively mediate the relationship between humor and creative teaching performance.

    Based on the literature review, findings, and conclusions, this study offers recommendations for educational authorities, preschool educators, and future researchers in related fields.
