This study attempts to explore the effect of romantic nostalgia on relationship fitness moderated by relationship evaluation. Through romantic nostalgia, recalling the good times and sweetness of the past, it brings high relationship adaptability of understanding, security and love to different states of relationship satisfaction. This study uses the method of questionnaire survey to verify the mechanism of romantic nostalgia on relationship adaptability under the moderation of relationship evaluation. The results of the study found that in relationships with high relationship satisfaction, romantic nostalgia has no significant impact on relationship adaptation; however, in relationships with poor relationship satisfaction, romantic nostalgia has a significant impact on relationship adaptation, Including the individual's perceived partner responsiveness, self-safety, and perceived partner safety have all improved. Therefore, it can be known that when looking back on the good memories of the past, the romantic nostalgia that emerges fills people with love and strength, making them significantly improve the relationship adaptability at this time through romantic nostalgia. Finally, this study will also conduct research discussions based on the research results, and further put forward relevant suggestions for future research on romantic nostalgia as a research reference.
