  • 根據醫療產業的相關研究,等候時間經常是病患最不滿意的原因之一。其中包含了等候門診、等待報告、等待檢查皆需要長時間的等待。因此若能進一步改善病患的看診流程,使等待時間降至最低,不僅節省了龐大的社會成本(等候成本)的支出,同時增加病患就醫的滿意度,無形中也提升了醫院的競爭力,增加病患對醫院的忠誠度。
    精實六標準差結合了六標準差和精實生產手法,運用精實的工具與六標準差DMAIC系統流程來進行改善,以清楚定義問題了解病患需求及需要,使用工具找出現況問題點,並根據魚骨圖及柏拉圖分析進行PDCA循環改善,再運用系統模擬找出適合的流程。
    本研究運用精實六標準差的手法來進行改善,大幅縮短了病患的等候時間,將流程精簡流暢化,提供便民服務,做到以病患為中心之人性化醫療服務。


    According to relevant research in the medical industry, waiting time is often one of the most dissatisfied reasons for patients. This includes waiting for clinic, report, examination are the longest waiting. Therefore, if the process can be further improved and the waiting time can be minimized, it will save the huge social costs (waiting costs), but also increase the satisfaction of patients in treatment, also enhance the competition of hospitals, and increase the loyalty of patients to the hospital.
    Lean Six Sigma combines the lean production and six sigma , and use Lean tools and six sigma DMAIC system processes. Define the problems and understand patient`s need. Thus use the tools to identify the problem points, and according to the fishbone diagram and Platonic analysis use PDCA improved. At last use simulation to find the suitable process.
    This study uses the lean six sigma method to improve, which greatly shortens the waiting time of patients, simplify the process, provides convenient services, and achieves patient-centered humanized medical services.
