  • 社會企業在近年來不管是學術上和實務上都逐漸受到重視。公益創投則是為了協助社會企業發展,借用傳統創投的概念,目的是讓社會企業成功發揮社會影響力。
    目前對於社會企業的研究較多,公益創投的研究較少。因此本研究選擇公益創投做為研究對象,透過社會網絡觀點來探討公益創投的角色與行動和影響的關係。首先找出了對於社會創業發展重要的因子,再以社會網絡的觀點來說明公益創投的角色與行動,是如何幫助社會企業。本研究發現公益創投主要扮演軍師的角色,高度參與社會企業,而為了提供所需的資源和支持,公益創投在扮演橋接者的角色時,同時利用了關係鑲嵌與結構鑲嵌來幫助取得資源,關係鑲嵌主要是利用信任關係取得資源,而結構鑲嵌則是能夠讓成員彼此有互惠的機會。此外,公益創投透過舉辦論壇或活動增加網絡中心性,進一步幫助了增加正當性、機會辨識和社會企業的擴展,對於社會企業的創業績效有正面影響,較過去文獻對於網絡因子與影響的解釋更加清楚。
