目的:探討足球射門踢擊不同目標,在後擺期、小腿加速期及踢擊瞬間三個動作分期下肢擺動最大角度、最大角速度及最大角加速度的差異性。方法:招募大專公開二級足球選手10名為受試者,以三維動作分析射門踢擊不同目標,透過感應光球感應元件黏貼至下肢各關節,以VICON(150Hz)收集足球選手於不同踢擊目標時,下肢擺動之關節最大角度、最大角速度及最大角加速度。使用成對樣本t檢定分析,進行踢擊不同目標下肢髖、膝、踝關節擺動最大角度、最大角速度及最大角加速度差異檢定,其顯著差異水準定為α=.05。結果:在擊球時期,踢擊左上角目標時,下肢踝關節擺動最大角度顯著大於踢擊右上角,踢擊左上角目標時,下肢髖關節和踝關節擺動最大角加速度顯著快於踢擊右上角。除上述外,下肢髖、膝、踝關節最大角度、最大角速度及最大角加速度在後擺期、小腿加速期及踢擊瞬間皆無差異。結論:踢擊不同目標只在踢擊瞬間有差異,其他時期下肢運動學參數皆無顯著差異,表示踢擊不同目標在後擺期和小腿加速期射門動作相似,只在踢擊瞬間產生顯著差異,特別在踝關節最大角度、髖關節和踝關節最大角加速度。
Purpose: Study the difference between the maximum angle of lower limb swing, the maximum angular velocity and the maximum angular acceleration during the three action stages of kicking and kicking in football during the back swing phase, the calf acceleration phase, and the batting phase. Method: Ten subjects were recruited to open second-level football players from colleges and universities. They used three-dimensional motion analysis to shoot and kick different targets. They were pasted to the joints of the lower limbs through the sensor light ball sensor, and VICON (150Hz) was used to collect football players in different kicks. When the target is the target, the maximum angle, maximum angular velocity and maximum angular acceleration of the joint of the lower limb swing. Using paired sample t test analysis, the maximum angle, maximum angular velocity and maximum angular acceleration of the hip, knee, and ankle joint swing of different targets of kicking were tested, and the significant difference level was set as α=.05. When kicking the target in the upper left corner, the maximum angular acceleration of the hip and ankle joints swinging of the lower limbs was significantly faster than that of kicking the upper right corner. angle. In addition to the above, the maximum angle, maximum angular velocity, and maximum angular acceleration of the hip, knee, and ankle joints of the lower limbs did not differ during the swing phase, the calf acceleration phase, and the batting phase. Conclusion: There is a difference between kicking different targets only during the batting period, and there is no significant difference in the kinematic parameters of the lower limbs in other periods. This means that different kicking targets have similar shooting actions during the calf acceleration period and the batting period, and only during the batting period. Significant differences, especially in the maximum angle of the ankle joint, the maximum angular acceleration of the hip and ankle joints.
