本研究旨在探討現今國小高年級學童對資源回收環境行為及環保消費環境行為所抱持的環境行為控制觀,並比較控制觀與學童背景變項、環境行為類別、環境行為情境及知覺認知之相關性。藉由問卷調查法,以方便取樣方式針對新竹市國小高年級學童進行施測,共得837份有效問卷。所得之資料運用SPSS統計套裝軟體,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定或變異數分析、相依樣本t檢定以及相關性考驗等統計方法進行資料分析,所得結果如下:
一、國小高年級學童在「資源回收環境行為控制觀」及「環保消費環境行為控制觀」皆顯示偏向「內控」與「內控傾向」;細看「知覺認知」與「環境行為情境」二個構念面向亦皆呈現「內控」與「內控傾向」,顯示大部分的國小高年級學童皆抱持著內在環境行為控制觀。
二、國小高年級學童「資源回收環境行為控制觀」及「環保消費環境行為控制觀」,會因為「性別」、「是否曾經參加過環保相關活動」及「是否從書籍雜誌與環保活動獲取環保資訊」呈現顯著差異水準。其中以女性學童、有參加過環保相關活動、從書籍雜誌與環保活動獲取環保資訊者較具備內在環境行為控制觀。
三、國小高年級學童所抱持的環境行為控制觀在「知覺認知」構念面向上,「資源回收環境行為控制觀」顯著高於「環保消費環境行為控制觀」,學童的「資源回收環境行為控制觀」較偏向內控環境行為控制觀;在「環境行為情境」構念面向並沒有顯著差異性存在,顯示國小高年級學童的環境行為控制觀因環境行為類別而異。
四、背景變項「性別」、「環保經驗」和「自覺家庭經濟狀況」都與環境行為控制觀存有微弱到低度正向的相關性。
五、不同類別的環境行為其控制觀間、知覺認知間、環境行為情境間皆存有中度到高度的正相關性。

This study aims to explore the environmental locus of control held by upper-grade elementary school children regarding resource recycling and environmentally friendly consumption. It also compares the correlations between locus of control and variables such as children's backgrounds, environmental behavior categories, environmental behavior scenarios, and perceived cognition. A questionnaire survey was conducted using a convenient sampling method with upper-grade elementary school children in Hsinchu City, resulting in 837 valid responses. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical software package, employing statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, independent sample t-tests or analysis of variance, paired sample t-tests, and tests of correlation to analyze the data. The results are as follows:
1. Upper-grade elementary school children demonstrate a tendency towards "internal control" and an "inclination towards internal control" in both "environmental locus of control regarding resource recycling" and environmentally friendly consumption." Upon closer examination of the two conceptual aspects of "perceived cognition" and "environmental behavior scenarios," they also exhibit a preference for "internal control" and an "inclination towards internal control." This indicates that the majority of upper-grade elementary school children hold an internal environmental locus of control.
2. Among the elementary school high-grade students, their "locus of control on resource recycling behavior" and "locus of control on environmentally-friendly consumption behavior" show significant differences based on "gender," "participation in environmental-related activities," and "acquisition of environmental information from books and magazines." Female students, those who have participated in environmental-related activities, and those who obtain environmental information from books and magazines are more likely to possess intrinsic environmental behavior control beliefs.
3. Regarding the conceptual aspect of "perceived cognition," upper-grade elementary school children exhibit significantly higher scores in the "environmental locus of control regarding resource recycling" compared to the "environmental locus of control regarding environmentally friendly consumption." This indicates that children's environmental locus of control lean more towards internal control in the context of resource recycling. However, in the conceptual aspect of "environmental behavior scenarios," there are no significant differences observed, suggesting that the environmental locus of control of upper-grade elementary school children vary based on different environmental behavior categories.
4. Background variables such as "gender," "environmental experience," and "perceived family economic status" are weakly to moderately positively correlated with environmental locus of control.
5. Different categories of environmental behavior show moderate to high positive correlations among their environmental locus of control, perceived cognition, and environmental behavior scenarios.
