Several collapses of global financial industries have been brought out in order to understand the negative consequences provoked from the crisis. The outlook on the impacts from the global financial crisis to the Malaysia economy in macroeconomics aspects including trade openness, GDP growth and investment are identified. Besides that, this study also analyzes the impact of global financial contagion on the Malaysia’s financial market and human development infrastructure.
Different action and policies are enforced by the government to response and come through the toughest challenges intentional financial contagion since the 1930s Great Depression. Finally, discussion on research findings, managerial implications, and research limitation and suggestions for future research has been developed.
