近年來,各種針對水樣中微量汙染物的樣品前處理技術發展得相當快速,也越來越方便,而液相微萃取法(liquid phase microextraction , LPME)更是發展了許多創新的技術,目的在於減少有毒溶劑的使用,尤以近年發展快速的分散液液微萃取法(Dispersive liquid liquid microextraction,DLLME)擁有了低溶劑使用量,實驗過程快速,成本低……等優點。本實驗以分散液液微萃取法為基礎,更近一步降低其溶劑使用量,以超音波震盪器取代分散劑之作用,使溶劑的使用量大幅下降,並選用低毒性之醇類溶劑,搭配氣相層析質譜儀(Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GC-MS)來分析水樣及蔬菜中的氨基甲酸鹽農藥(Propoxur,Carbofuran,Carbaryl,Methiocarb,Pirimicarb)。
此實驗方法之動態線性範圍皆涵蓋三個級數,且其R2都在0.9987以上;精密度在6.8 ~ 16.9 %之內。在最佳化條件下,將氨基甲酸鹽農藥分別添加在田間水及蔬菜汁樣品中做比較,在農業廢水中的偵測極限為0.013~0.022 μg L-1,相對回收率在77~114 %;蔬菜汁中的偵測極限0.017~0.026 μg L-1, 相對回收率在96~110 %。
