  • 本研究目的在探討不同等級女子網球選手平擊發球地面反作用力與時間序列之差異。徵招7名大專甲組女網選手與10名大專乙組女網選手,以三軸測力板 (1500Hz)、高速攝影機 (300Hz) 進行平擊發球測試,並蒐集5顆成功平擊發球進行分析,使用3D分析軟體分析球速與動作分期之時序分析,發球動作分為上升期、下降期與加速期,以獨立樣本t考驗分析不同等級女網選手地面反作用力與時間序列之差異,以皮爾森積差相關分析女網選手拋球最高點與球拍最高點動作時間之相關性,統計顯著水準皆定為p<.05。本研究結果顯示整體反作用力方面而言,前後 (Fy) 與垂直 (Fz) 方向的最大與最小值,甲組顯著大於乙組; 兩組選手在上升期X、Y方向、下降期Y、Z方向、加速期X、Z方向的最大力量值達顯著差異;時間序列方面,兩組選手於上升期、下降期與加速期達顯著差異,且拋球最高點在發球時間的百分比、拋球至球拍最高點與拋球最高點時間皆達顯著差異,而甲組選手在球拍最高點與拋球最高點時間有顯著正相關 (r=0.877)。本研究結果發現甲組選手有較佳的前後與垂直推蹬力量,及較流暢的發球時序表現。建議網球選手應強化下肢爆發力之訓練,並搭配拋球與上肢動作的流暢性,應有助於發球表現的提升。


    Purpose: To compare the differences of flat serve ground reaction force and timing performance between elite and general female tennis player. Methods: Seven elite female collegiate tennis players and ten general female collegiate tennis players participate in this study, used force platform (1500Hz) and high speed camera (300Hz) recordings of flat serve, and collection five effect ball. Used kwon 3D calculation serve velocity and different movement phases of timing (ascending windup、descending windup、acceleration). Independent t-tests were used to analyze the different of flat serve ground reaction force and timing performance between elite and general female tennis player. Pearson product moment correlations were used to examine the relationships between timing of racket high point after ball release (RHP) and timing of ball zenith after ball release (BZ). The significance was set at p < .05. Results: The results showed that significant ground reaction forces in the Fy (anteroposterior), and Fz (vertical) max and min force elite high than general, furthermore ascending windup in Fx and Fy, descending windup in Fy and Fz, acceleration in Fx and Fz were significant between elite and general players;Not only significant in timing of ascending windup, descending windup and acceleration, but also significant in ball zenith percentage of total toss time、RHP and BZ. Increases in RHP and BZ were correlated (r = 0.877) in elite only. Conclusions: Elite player showed not only greater anteroposterior and vertical force, but also fluency timing serve performance. It is suggested that female tennis player should be enhanced more forceful lower limb strength training, coordination upper movement might be good for performance improvement.
