個人化產品為現今消費趨勢,與顏面相關產品的設計,需考量個別臉部幾何與尺寸的差異。本研究使用非接觸式量測技術,取得大量國內年輕女性顏面三維資料,經主成份分析法降維,使用線性與非線性廻歸模型,建立參數與網格頂點之關聯,成功發展人臉參數化模型;能根據使用者少量的臉部特徵尺寸,產生近似之三維人臉幾何。再透過攤平與貼圖映射技術,取得貼圖與模型對應關係,輸出高擬真效果的人臉模型。此外整合五軸力回饋裝置,針對美容彩妝,建立創新的虛擬化妝功能;對於與穿戴合適度相關的客製化商品設計,以自由造型變形,建構可調整之虛擬鏡框模型;並藉由擷取人臉模型幾何,進行高服貼度面膜設計;結合三項客製化功能,開發前瞻性互動式設計介面,提高擬真三維顏面資料附加價值,實現大量客製化概念。
