《衝擊．效應—吳歆雅創作論述》是筆者在2008-2009年間所進行的創作研究。以半具象之心靈意象運用複合媒材的平面繪畫做為創作的形式，內容主要探討筆者生命中，心理與環境人際互動之下，與藝術創作的關係。即是深入探討自己人生各階段心靈中的情緒感受，及實踐於創作的交互作用。

本創作是以文獻探究法、創作分析法作為研究的探討依規，目的主要闡釋透過自我心靈的解析，抒發自我意志，紀錄、探索內心世界的藝術經驗。透過創作印證心理學理論的分析，反思自我的生命體認與運思，並發掘創作思維為一藝術心理與療癒的體驗。

本創作的理念 在 於更接近自我內心層面的直觀表現，畫面結構的組成，強調傳達主觀與客觀的意念對比、情感和想像，並運用半具象的形式、堆疊的筆觸與構圖等不拘於一種形式的表現，並細分為三個創作系列----憶記錄系列、失衡的心境系列、走出心靈的幽谷系列；統整出心境世界裡的多元情緒思考，來達到心靈圖像之傳遞目的。

“The Effect of Impacts--Descriptions of Hsin Ya Wu's Paintings” is a study of my own works, which express semi-realistic image by multi-media painting, during 2008-2009. The study mainly deals with how my psychological and social activities relate to art creations. And the further study is about the interaction between art practices and the emotional perception in different ages of my life.

Based on studying documents and analyzing works, the study is to express, record and explore my inner thoughts through self- examination. By using psychological analysis theoretically, I examine my life experiences and the concept of these works. In addition to that, I want to prove that my creating process is a way of art-therapy.

According to the above theoretical discussions, the concept of my works is more like a direct expression of my inner world. The comparison between two aspects, like subjective and objective, emotional and imaginary, composes my works. Expressed by semi-realistic images, accumulated strokes and multi-media, my works can be divided into three series: The Memories, Out of My Mind, and Out of the Blues. These series indicate the variety of thinking and give graphic descriptions of my mind.
