本研究建構一個回收再製造系統中包含市場需求、回收品質與再製造不確定性之動態隨機最佳化模型。在系統中回收共用核心元件的庫存將製造成兩種不同產品分別提供高階產品需求與低階產品需求,本研究假設企業有三個倉庫分別存放回收的共用核心元件,經過再製造後供給高階市場的高階產品與經過再製造後供給低階市場的低階產品,在每一期企業必須觀察三種庫存後依據不同市場的需求做出決策,決策回收共用元件數量、再製造高階產品數量、再製造低階產品數量、決策供給高階產品數量與供給低階產品數量。 研究結果之動態最佳化策略將與兩種常見的市場管理策略進行比較並且針對不確定性對決策與系統績效表現的影響進行討論。
This paper presents a dynamic stochastic optimization model to manage the remanufacturing system facing the uncertainties in demand, recycle quantity, and remanufacturing yield. In this model, two product types are remanufactured from a recycled core common component to satisfied high-end and low-end demand. There are three inventory types in the system. They are core common component, high-end finished product and low-end finished product. In each period, manager has to observe each type of the inventories and decides how many core common components to recycle, how many high-end and low-end products to remanufacture, and how many high-end and low-end products to sell under different market conditions to maximize profit. The performance of dynamic policy is compared against two common practices. How different uncertainties impact the decisions and system performances are also discussed.
