隨著時代的推演，國中升學制度不斷地改變，從早期的聯考制度演變到國中基本學力測驗，至去年開始實施的國中教育會考。為了達到多元入學的目的，國中教育會考在成績考核上與以往考試的計分方式有顯著的不同，最大變革是將評分標準由百分等級制改為等第等級制，且僅佔最終入學評分1/3的比重。本論文的研究目的為探討百分等級制及等第等級制的評分標準對於成績PR值的影響與差異，及其他相關議題。
首先，本論文將對國立臺灣師範大學心理與教育測驗研究發展中心所公布的成績級別資料進行統計分析，推論考生各科之原始成績分布情形，並據此重建考生原始百分成績。而後運用重建的百分成績資料進行百分等級制及等第等級制兩種評分標準下 PR值的差異比較。研究發現，兩種評分標準的PR值以中間群考生的差異最為顯著，另外，各科目(含作文)對於不同族群的考生在成績PR值比序上亦有不同的重要性，其中，可以發現國文科對於高分群及低分群的考生影響最大，而中間群考生則是數學科，作文科目的影響程度則是各科成績皆為同等地的考生大於各科成績為混合等地的考生。

The Comprehensive Assessment Program is a new evaluation program for junior high school students started at year 2014 in Taiwan. As a part of the program, the scoring system on subject exams changes from hundred-mark system to letter grading system. Under such a huge alteration, it is expected to have a great impact on grades of all the examinees and the resulting PR ordering. This work aims to find out the influences on the grades due to changes of the grading systems. Some related issues are also discussed.

This thesis work consists of two parts. First, due to the limitation of available data, the distribution of the original scores for all subjects is inferred using statistical methods. In particular, the joint distribution of scores is assumed to follow multivariate normal distribution and the parameters are estimated by least squares and maximum likelihood methods. Given the distribution of scores, issues regarding the new system are discussed, compared to the former system. It turns out that the examinees with moderate ability are most affected on their PR rankings due to different systems. Moreover, the impact of subjects on PR is not consistent for different ability groups. For PR ranking, Chinese is generally an important subject among all ability groups, but Mathematics is most critical for examinees with moderate ability.
