太陽能電池產業是相當有未來及潛能之明星產業,但因為技術及市場變化快速,在決策上面對更多的不確定性及風險。本論文將對各種太陽能產業技術1.晶圓系列:如單晶矽,多晶矽,及2.薄膜太陽電池系列:如非晶矽薄膜,CIGS型薄膜,CdTe型薄膜這些技術加以研究並歸納其技術及市場概況。由於這些新技術之產品都各有優缺點,未來發展亦充滿不確定性,因此更需要謹慎及小心評估。本論文將對上述技術加以詳細評估,以新創公司為基礎,並撰寫一份營運計劃書。
本研究在探討新創公司計畫書之撰寫,從計畫之撰寫的模式及架構中,對有意進入跨足太陽能產業之廠商及個人,提供產業初步的認知並提供太陽能產業之計畫書的撰寫模式。
最後希望以此文做為拋磚引玉使更多人了解太陽能產業並吸引更多廠商及個人投入此產業。
Solar cell is very prospect and potential energy industry, but the technology and turn of the market are in the face of more uncertainty and risk. This thesis, to various kinds of solar energy Such as
1. 1.Crystalline silicon solar cell A. Monocrystalline solar cell
B. polycrystalline solar cell
2. Thin film solar cell : amorphous Si, CIGS type, and CdTe type
These business plan sum up their technology and market overview. Because the products of these new technologies all each have pluses and minuses, development is also full of uncertainty in the future, so need to think carefully even more. This thesis will assess above-mentioned technology in detail, regard achieving the company the foundation newly as writing an operation prospectus.
This research is probing into the writing achieving company's prospectus newly, from plan writing way and structure, to intending to enter the manufacturer and individual which step the foot solar energy industry, offer preliminary cognition to the industry and offer the writing way of a prospectus of an industry of solar energy.
More people to know the industry more benefit to the environment.
Finally this document hope to attract more manufacturers and individuals to participate this industry
