    This research aims to explore and characterize the experiences and adaptation processes of international students in their new academic, cultural, social, and linguistic settings. Data was collected from international students via questionnaires and interviews, which underwent thematic analysis to uncover key patterns and themes. The analysis reveals significant stress and frustration among international students, particularly in navigating cultural and linguistic challenges in France. Further, the study highlights the importance of successful integration for a positive abroad experience. To facilitate this, a mockup conversational agent was developed using Voiceflow, specifically for international students at NEOMA to address obstacles and enhance the transition process for future international student cohorts in France.
