This study examined team performance as it was influenced by artificial intelligence adoptions, knowledge sharing, emotional intelligence, and team coordination. This study also observed the mediation effect of emotional intelligence in the relationship between team coordination and team performance. Two hundred team members of 16 teams from 8 companies in Indonesia and Taiwan had completed this study questionnaire to prove this research hypothesis by using multiple regression methods. This present study predicted (I) artificial intelligence adoptions, knowledge sharing, emotional intelligence, and team coordination would have a positive relation with team performance (II) team coordination will give a positive impact on emotional intelligence and (III) emotional intelligence would mediate the relationship between team coordination and team performance. However, this study found that artificial intelligence adoptions, knowledge sharing, emotional intelligence significantly had a positive impact on team performance, whereas team coordination was not significant to influence team performance. Additionally, this study claimed that team coordination has a positive effect on emotional intelligence and emotional intelligence mediates the relationship between team coordination and team performance.
