本文以自我敘說為研究方法，主要書寫作者在單親及隔代教養家庭中的心路歷程，以及如何透由接受社會支持而慢慢從對原生家庭的負向解讀中成長成現在這個樣子，從故事中觀察及整理自己成長的變化與復原的方法，在這樣的經歷下，有哪些對未來的期許及努力的方向。
本研究主要從「祖孫隔代單親家庭的處境」、「復原力」及「社會支持」等概念去整理自己的生命故事，也從中了解自己在成長的過程中，擁有的支持資源為個人、家庭及人際支持等，而潛在的優勢是作者能帶著接納自身的過去，帶著成長過程所學習及整理出的一套適切的應對模式，積極正向因應未來的挑戰。也期許本研究可以帶給教育者、助人工作者、單親子女及其他讀者更多的思考及啟發。

This article uses self-narration as the research method. It mainly writes about the author's mental journey in a single-parent and inter-generational upbringing family, and how he slowly grew from a negative interpretation of his family of origin to what he is now by receiving social support. From the story How to observe and sort out the changes and recovery of your own growth, and what are your expectations for the future and the direction of your efforts under such an experience.
This study mainly organizes my life story from the concepts of "the situation of single-parent families separated by generations", "resilience" and "social support", and also understands from it the support resources I have as an individual and Family and interpersonal support, etc., and the potential advantage is that the author can accept his own past and use a set of appropriate coping models learned and sorted out during the growth process to actively respond to future challenges. We also hope that this research can bring more thoughts and inspirations to educators, helping workers, single-parent children and other readers.
