摘要

本研究旨在探討應用以繪本為主的讀書治療活動於一名父母離異兒童的個別諮商情形，歸納父母離異兒童在讀書治療中討論的主題，以及分析父母離異兒童在讀書治療中的轉變情形。
本研究以一名國小五年級父母離異單親女童為研究對象，由研究者擔任諮商員，為當事人進行每週一次，每次四十分鐘，共計十四次以繪本為主的讀書治療活動。活動期間以錄音帶記錄輔導歷程，活動之後研究者撰寫省思札記，以開放式編碼進行資料分析。研究結果發現如下：
一、讀書治療實施情形分成三個主要階段，分別是試讀階段、資料蒐集階段以及讀書治療活動實施階段。
二、讀書治療活動過程中諮商員與當事人共同決定進行的主題與順序，繪本選擇主要從當事人的需求和興趣著手，繪本主題蒐集的數量多寡不定，間接限制當事人的選擇範圍。
三、繪本中鮮明的插圖以及特殊的封面標題最易吸引當事人優先選擇，而多元的插圖情境則是刺激當事人開放思考，促使閱讀歷程獲得充分討論的催化劑。
四、父母離異兒童在讀書治療中探討的兩大主題分別是「學業」和「家庭」，並呈現「認同」和「淨化」兩種主要心理歷程，循序漸進，或相互交錯。
五、討論過程中可見當事人對於學業的自我概念獲得有效提升；至於「家庭」除當事人能細細探索父母離異過程的想法和感受之外，也使多年前因學校老師同學無意間揭發父母離異的事件而導致受窘、壓抑的心結獲得抒解。
六、當事人在讀書治療中主要的轉變情形有三：
（一）漸漸適應母親離去：從難過、懷念到後期已無聯繫也能過得好。
（二）父親管教權威性高：是現實生活一大考驗，但也能體諒父親的苦心。
（三）接納新家庭組成：對阿姨和新哥哥從陌生到感謝他們為家庭的付出。

Abstract
The major of the study was to explore how to proceed in the bibliotherapy by using picture books for a child with divorced parents, to compress the topical subjects in the bibliotherapy which the client concerned with, and analyze how the client changed in the bibliotherapy.
The participant of this research was a 5th grade child with divorced parents. The researcher acted as the counselor. The session was once a week, 40 minutes per therapy for fourteen sessions. The entire process was audio taped to be later transcribed so as to look into the change process in the bibliotherapy. And the reseacher took notes of introspection when each therapy was finished. While using open-coding in data analysis, the meaningful units were rearranged through induction and then described into a written script.
The study dicovers the following:
1. The process of the bibliotherapy for a child with divorced parents was divided into three stages including interactive bibliotherapy, data collection and application.
2. The counselor consulted with the client to decide the order of the topics talked about. The choice of picture books was mainly according to the clint’s needs and interests. The quantity of the picture books on different topics were not the same, so indirectly limited the scope which the client could choose.
3. The colorful illustrations and the special topics in the picture books were the preferred choices. And the illustrations were just like the catalyst to promote the interactive bibliotherapy.
4. The client was concerned about “the achievements in school” and “the family life”. And it showed two major psychology processes were identification and catharsis. The developed gradually and interlacing each other.
5. In the process of the discussion, we could discovered that the client’s self-concpt of the achievements in school was promoted. As for client’s family life, not only exploring her thoughts and experiences about parent’s divorcement in detail, but also being set free from the embarrassment depression when the class knew her parents were divorced that her teacher and classmates incidentally broubght out many years ago.
6. The client’s changes in the bibliotherapy were analyzed in three major aspects:
（1） Gradually adapting herself to separate from her mother: at first, she was sad, then she missed her. Finally she got well even no contact with her mother.
（2） Father’s imperial discipline: It’s not easy for her, but she can be considerate of her father.
（3） Accepting the new family: She got a new mom and an elder brother,and she thanks them for their helping the new family.
