修剪(trimming)為Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ)許多有用工具之一,其運作方式為 減少系統元件與簡化系統但系統仍可維持原有功能,可達到解決問題、減少成本、減少系統複雜度、改善系統可靠度與專利迴避之目的,而本研究提出一TRIZ解 題工具且結構性簡化產品之方法 ; 本研究整合現存零散之修剪規則(trimming rules)、修剪方法(trimming methods)和其他的方法,並發展出修剪規劃表(trimming plan)來作為統領修剪規則、修剪方法以及其他修剪流程元素的表格。另外,本研究建置一電腦輔助系統作為完成修剪流程(trimming process)之輔助工具,此輔助系統包含結構性分析工程系統之方法、修剪規則/方法/元件和辦識需被修剪之元件的功能,可提供合適之表格來導引工程師 具邏輯性且一致性地執行修剪流程 ; 當決定修剪優先順序後,以遞迴呼叫(recursive call)軟體程式的方式來進行深度地修剪,達到最高層次簡化之目的。
本研究主要貢獻包含: (1)發展出一結構性又條理清楚之修剪流程,此流程有條不紊地整合現存之修剪規則、修剪方法和其他相關元素 (2)建置一電腦輔助之修剪系統,可有效率且有效用地導引使用者完成修剪流程。
