    The inspiration of study is acquired by Xi Jinping’s reconstitution strategy the “New Silk Road Economic Belt” to expand the increasable economic development. Especially, the part of transportation which is the strategy to rising economic growth and China empower by connectivity between China and the rest of developing countries. Chinese government policy affected ASIAN Economic Community (AEC) in the regional economic integration agenda of Southeast Asia. It enhances logistics connectivity of Southeast Asia nations. Also, Thailand as a remarkable developing country has a strategic location and can be a logistics hub in the region to gain opportunities of the economic growth. Thus, logistics is one of the focused sectors to implementation in Thailand. The purpose of research is to study the capability of Thailand in part of the impact of One Belt One Road initiative (OBOR) on Thailand the railway systems, logistics railway connectivity readiness, and provide some suggest Thailand logistics development. The result found that there is the readiness of high-speed rail link and dual rail link has started development to construct. The impact of this strategic plan for Kunming - Singapore - Chiang Mai rail line increases in the tourism industry. The agricultural and industrial sector have affected by the improvement of the Northern corridor, and Southern corridor in Thailand. The suggestion for development is negotiation and scrutiny in the project framework.
