  • 摘要
    許多文獻指出中樞神經系統軸突受損後再生能力相當有限,與細胞外周圍環境存在抑制劑( inhibitors ) 或缺乏促進劑( promoters )以及神經元的內在再生能力有關。目前被廣泛討論的中樞神經軸突抑制劑有:髓鞘(Myelin)及 Nogo-A 及 MAG protein 。本研究主要利用電泳將蛋白質依分子量大小分開後,以電性轉印﹙electrotransfer﹚蛋白質至 PVDF 膜後進行細胞培養,希望可以清楚看到細胞神經軸突與樹突接觸抑制性蛋白質而停止生長或長度與沒有接觸到抑制性蛋白質區域相對較短的結果。另外結合微通道裝置,希望以此方法快速檢測出對軸突有抑制作用的蛋白質。
