隨著科技的高速發展，人工智慧在金融產業的滲透度越來越高。對於目前的金融行業起了相當大的改變，許多工作將會被人工智慧所取代。在保險銷售工作長達二十年的職涯中，我深深感覺到人工智慧將對於未來的銷售工作中產生極大的改變。

如今人工智慧的時代正式到來，目前對於業務人員而言，是必然要面對的。這項研究工作，將針對第一線人身保險銷售人員，做問卷調查，以及個別訪談。我們將試著從相關參數中去充分瞭解業務同仁，掌握業務同仁最真實的回饋與近況需求，對於人工智慧的保險銷售的理解，才能夠真正的提升業務同仁的信心，對於單位的滿意度，更重要的是否能拓展新的商機，增加市場面等等。對於未來科技的演進，我們將必須化被動為主動，積極出擊。

With the rapid development of technology, artificial intelligence has become more and more penetrable in financial industry. The current financial sector has changed considerably, and many tasks will be replaced by AI. After the 20-year career of insurance sales, I have a deep sense that artificial intelligence will make a big difference in future insurance sales modes.

Nowadays, the era of artificial intelligence comes into being, which is inevitable for the salesmen. This research work we proposed based on the conducting with the front-line sales staff for life insurance using questionnaires, and individual interviews. We tried to fully understand the salesmen from the relevant data. Going through the most real feedback and current situation needs, the artificial intelligence of insurance sales understanding. For the future of salesmen under the wave of artificial intelligence, how to expand new business opportunities, increase market volume is my main topic of this work. With the future evolution of technology, we will have to be more passive and more active.
