人力資源管理本身是組織管理中相當重要的一環工作,而人力資源管理中,又以人力訓練的設計最為核心;人力訓練設計的成效將影響組織追求目標的成功率,以及追求績效卓越的可能性。換言之,企業在追求組織績效的同時,必須考量其內部人力資源的素質,而人力資源的素質係可藉由良善的人力訓練設計創造。除了人力訓練設計對組織績效有直接性的影響力外,近來對於提升組織績效的相關研究發現,若是組織能夠採取綠色服務行銷的手段,對於組織績效的提升亦有顯著的效果。站在提升組織績效的角度,人力訓練設計係從組織的內部提升組織完成目標的機會,而採取綠色服務行銷手段則是由組織的外部刺激組織尋求更符合公理與公益的利益獲得。有鑑於此,本研究欲以柏揚系統科技作為研究對象,試探人力訓練設計與綠色服務行銷兩個要素,對其組織績效的影響力。
研究發現,性別、教育程度、職位的不同、分別對組織文化與氣候、主管支持、同事態度、考績與報酬系統、以及工作特徵關係方面有顯著差異;人力訓練設計對組織績效有顯著正向關係;綠色服務行銷對組織績效有顯著正向關係。
Human resource management is the critical ingredient within organization management and is the design of human resource training is pivot. The effectiveness of human resource training design would affect the success of the performance of organization, should companies consider the qualities of human resource and involve in the well-organized design of human resource training programs. Besides, the organized human resource training designing, the adoption of green marketing is the other effective means to improve organization performance. Within the perspective of the improvement of organization performance, human resource training design is internally elevating the performance of organization whereas green marketing is externally supporting the benefit-gaining through fairness and achievements of public interests. The study hence is to explore how the design of human resource training and green marketing affect to the performance of organization though the case the Power-up Tech Corporation.
As the results, there are differences between sex, education, and position in organization culture and atmosphere, the supports of superior, the attitudes of coworker, the system of merit of professional performance and remuneration, and the characteristics of job. The performance of organization would be significantly positive affected by the design of human resource training as well as by the green marketing.
