透過這篇論文的書寫，重新審視自己生命中的自己。透過這樣的整理，不僅是看見生命中的問題，更是重新去理解，將各個失落的片段，重新拼接起來，讓不愉快的經驗不再成為阻礙自己前進的石頭。
在這趟旅程中，發現家族間傳遞教養的力量，以及社會帶來的價值觀，左右自己信念與思考甚多，超過自己所想像，更發現了自己一直以來情緒不穩、憤怒、自卑自憐的根源。此外，在書寫的過程中，也發覺繪畫為自我形象的重建與思考帶來正面的影響，讓自己在面對突如其來的事件或情緒時，有個較為正向的發展方向。
年輕，一直是自己所認為的資本，但卻也因為這樣而不曾珍惜過去的時光，任憑自己在負面情緒中打轉。此論文的書寫，就算是與自己的過去好好對話、整理，讓這些成為生命之船繼續向前的風，不僅吹動我的帆，或許也能吹動與我同方向的他船。

Through the process of writing this master’s thesis, re-interpretation of my past life. Through this sort of way,not only depends on the problems in life, but also to re-understand these issues. Let the forgotten event be recalled again. Unhappy experience is no longer a stumbling block.
In this journey, I found that intergenerational transmission had an impact on me. And social mainstream values have seriously affected my beliefs and thoughts. In addition to that, I found myself very irritable, low self-esteem, emotional instability factors.
Writing in the process, I found the power of painting. Through painting, to build a positive self-image. It’s very helpful to face negative emotions and experience.
It’s a great asset to be young. But because of this idea and a waste of time, put myself in negative emotions. This time, I’m ready to say goodbye to the past.
Let these stories become winds, blow me to the distance.
