本研究目的在探討國小教師寬恕態度與幸福感的關係，以及傷害事件因素對於國小教師寬恕程度的影響，並探討國小教師在寬恕態度與幸福感的現況及差異情形。本研究採問卷調查法來進行資料收集，以分層、立意抽樣從北部地區各國小教師為對象，有效問卷392份，所使用的研究工具包括「恩萊寬恕量表」和「中國人幸福感量表」精簡版。問卷調查所得資料以SPSS 12.0 for windows套裝軟體進行統計分析，採用t檢定、單因子變異數分析、三因子多變量變異數分析、複相關及迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料處理。
研究結果發現國小教師之寬恕態度低於中間程度；國小教師的幸福感約在中間傾向，並對幸福感有正向態度。另外，國小教師寬恕態度與幸福感有中度正相關，而在遭受傷害事件後，愈能對傷害者以行為及認知上表現寬恕及本身具有特定宗教信仰者，則愈能預測國小教師的幸福感。
至於經歷不同傷害事件因素之國小教師在寬恕態度上的差異情形，國小教師受到傷害的感覺程度不同對寬恕態度有顯著差異，其中受到「一點點傷害」者，其寬恕程度較「一些傷害」、「滿大的傷害」與「極大的傷害」高；受到「一些傷害」者，其寬恕程度較「滿大的傷害」與「極大的傷害」高；受到「滿大的傷害」者，其寬恕程度較「極大的傷害」高。國小教師與傷害者不同之關係對寬恕態度有顯著差異，其中傷害者為「伴侶」與「父母」，其寬恕程度較「朋友」、「同事」及「其他」為高。國小教師傷害發生距今之時間不同對寬恕態度有顯著差異，其中傷害發生時間為「三年以上」其寬恕程度較「三個月內」及「三個月~一年」為高；傷害發生時間為「一年~三年」其寬恕程度較「三個月內」為高。最後，不同背景變項（性別、宗教信仰、婚姻狀況及年齡）的國小教師在寬恕態度及幸福感都沒有顯著差異。

The objective of the present study is to understand the interactive correlations between attitude towards forgiveness and well-being for elementary school teachers. A total of 392 teachers were recruited from every elementary school in Taipei area through stratified sampling and purposive sampling. The study outcomes were yielded from analyses such as t-test, one-way ANOVA, three-way MANOVA, multiple correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis.
The study reveals that teachers’ attitude towards forgiveness were lower than the
average of attitude towards forgiveness percentage. And teachers’ well-being were in
close proximity to the average of well-being percentage. In addition, there is significant positive correlation between attitude towards forgiveness and teacher’s well-being. The attitude towards forgiveness and religion can forecast teachers’ well-being.
As regarding suffering interpersonal offense, the level of attitude towards forgiveness of elementary school teachers differs significantly for different degrees of offense. The less the degree of offense, the higher the level of attitude towards forgiveness. The level of attitude towards forgiveness of elementary school teachers differs significantly for different relation with offender. The closer the relation with offender, the higher the level of attitude towards forgiveness. The level of attitude towards forgiveness of elementary school teachers differs significantly for the time of the offense occurred. There were no significant differences in attitude towards forgiveness and well-being in terms of gender, religion, marriage experience and age for elementary school teachers.
