本研究旨在瞭解青少年非理性信念與網路成癮傾向之相關研究。採問卷調查法，以分層叢集取樣的方式針對全台之北、中、南、東地區共1050位樣本之國中生進行調查，回收1037份，剔除無效問卷後，得有效問卷共939份，問卷可用率89.4％。 在研究工具方面，本研究使用三項工具，即「個人背景資料」、「陳氏網路成癮量表」及「青少年非理性信念量表」。調查所得結果分別採用描述統計、單因子重複量數變異數分析、單因子多變量變異數分析、積差相關法、典型相關法、逐步多元迴歸等統計方法加以分析。研究結果顯示如下：

一、青少年的非理性信念略近於中等程度，網路成癮傾向略低於中等程度，顯示多
數青少年網路成癮傾向不甚嚴重。
二、不同性別、父親管教態度、母親管教態度及父母婚姻狀態度之青少年在非理性信念上達顯著差異。
三、不同性別、年級、父親管教態度、母親管教態度和父母婚姻狀態之青少年在網 路成癮傾向上達顯著差異。
四、青少年非理性信念中的「糟糕化或災難性的」、「挫折容忍力」、「總體或自我消極評價」和網路成癮傾向五個分層面之相關呈現正相關，顯示非理性信念越高，網路成癮傾向越高。
五、典型相關結果有兩個路徑達顯著，但是以第一條路徑為主，解釋量佔總變異量的18％。
六、以青少年個人背景變項、非理性信念預測網路成癮傾向，發現「總體或 自我消極評價」、「父母婚姻狀態」、「過度要求的」、「挫折容忍力」、「性別」及「父親管教態度」達顯著水準，其多元迴歸相關係數為.443，能聯合預測網路成癮傾向的19.6％。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between irrational beliefs and internet addiction tendency among adolescents. Questionnaire survey was used as the method of this study. Subjects of 939 junior high school students in Taiwan were selected by stratified cluster sampling.The valid response rate was 89.4%. The instruments applied in this study included “Basic Information Inventory”, “Chinese Internet Addiction-Revised”, and “Adolescent Irrational Beliefs Scale”. Data obtained in this study were analyzed by descriptive statistic, one-way repeated measures ANOVA, one-way MANOVA, Pearson product-moment Correlation, Canonical Correlation, and Multiple regression analysis. We discover a strong
relation between irrational beliefs and internet addiction tendency among adolescents. From such a result, this paper suggests a further research on the role of school counseling.
