自1982年Tanaka,Uegima,Asai首次提出模糊線性迴歸模式之後， 模糊線性迴歸模式的研究得到了迅速的發展，並且應用在各種領域。 除了用於預測，並廣泛應用於商業管理，工程，經濟及其他領域。本研究主要是提出一種新的距離公式，套用在模糊迴歸模式的範疇裡，進而產生新的模糊迴歸模式的相似度量測，應用在經濟的範疇上，並且與Papadopoulosv和Sirpi（1999）所提出的相似度量測作比較。
