摘要
在坄擲動作中,手臂關節角度的大小會影響投擲成功與否,本研究的目的是探討在動作加速期中迴旋鏢離手時體角角度、迴旋鏢離手時迴旋鏢傾斜角度、迴旋鏢離手時手臂關節外展角度、迴旋鏢離手投擲角度、迴旋鏢離手時手臂關節角度等因素對迴旋鏢成功迴旋的影響。實驗對象為四位頭份國小六年級男生,以右手用力投擲迴旋鏢各30次並使迴旋鏢繞回投擲區,使用JVC9800(120Hz)、Panasonic3CCD(30 Hz)攝影機拍攝,以Video Studio 7擷取影像Silicon Coach6獲取資料,所得資料以無母數二個獨立樣本考驗(α=.05)來檢驗比較全體受試者的表現,研究結果顯示:(1)成功組與失敗組在迴旋鏢離手時體角角度有顯著差異;(2)成功組與失敗組在迴旋鏢傾斜角度考驗結果未達顯著差異;(3)成功組與失敗組在迴旋鏢離手時腕關節、肘關節外展未達顯著水準,肩關節外展考驗結果達顯著差異;(4)成功組與失敗組在鏢離手投擲角度達顯著差異;(5)成功組與失敗組在迴旋鏢離手時腕關節角度達顯著差異,肘關節角度、肩關節角度未達顯著差異;(6)肩關節角度會影響其它關節角度,是影響迴旋鏢成功迴旋的重要關鍵。因此建議在教學時注意投擲出手時身體體角的方向,讓肘關節靠近身體的中心軸投擲,指導學生投擲時投擲角度約在45°~40°之間,也就是投擲時最佳出手角度是肘關節約在眼睛的高度時離手,會增加成功機會。
Abstract
In the motion of throwing, there was an influence of the angle of arm joint on the success of throwing. The aim of this study was to discuss the influences of the body angle when boomerang getting off hand in the phase of acceleration, the angle of inclination of the boomerang when getting off hand, the abduction angle of arm when boomerang getting off hand, the throwing angle when boomerang getting off hand, the arm joint angle when boomerang getting off hand. The subjects of this experiment were four six-grade boys of Toufen Elementary School throwing boomerangs hard 30 times on the right hand and making them successfully return to the throwing area. The JVC9800 (120 Hz) and Panasonic3CCD (30 Hz) cameras were used to shoot films. The Video Studio7 was used to get pictures, and the Silicon Coach6 was used to collect data. The collected data were analyzed with Nonparametric Two-sample test (α=.05). The findings were as follows:(1)The success of throwing was affected by the body angle.(2)The success of throwing was not affected by the slope angle of the boomerang. (3)The success of throwing was not affected by the wrist-joint abduction angle and elbow-joint abduction angle. The success of throwing was affected by the shoulder-joint abduction angle.(4)The success of throwing was affected by the throwing angle.(5)The success of throwing was affected by the wrist-joint angle, was not affected by the elbow-joint angle and shoulder-joint angle.(6)Shoulder-joint abduction angle and shoulder-joint angle have an influence on the angle of arm joint. They were key factors of the success of throwing. Guiding students that the throwing angle is about 45 to 40, naming the best point of getting off hand is the elbow-joint move to about the height of eyes, for increasing the succeeding opportunity.
