一般的結構工程元件常因製造不良或疲勞破壞而產生區域性的損傷,裂紋為最常見的破壞之一,尤其在動態的工作環境下,常對結構造成嚴重的傷害,適當的修補可以降低傷害,因此有必要對修補後的動態特性加以探討。
本文以複合材料對含裂縫之複合材料平板進行一系列之黏接修補,利用模態分析量測修補前後之振頻及振型,並以振幅變動電子光斑影像干涉術( Amplitude Fluctuation Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry, AF-ESPI )來擷取全場的位移資料,根據此兩種方法所得的結果,對各種不同的修補方式其振型與振頻的變化趨勢加以分析討論。
