  • 本研究以大專一般組績優田徑運動員為研究對象,從社會學與心理學理論深入探討運動員的訓練文化和技能移轉。研究方法部分,以自我民族誌描述研究者作為大專一般組運動員的運動生涯,以深度訪談探討一般組田徑績優運動員之運動參與動機、訓練環境系統與經驗,以及訓練經驗對其生涯的影響。研究結果發現,在個人層面,一般組運動員需要面對多重身分與挑戰,但我國一般組學生運動員缺乏相應的支持系統,在切換不同角色的同時也需要承受來自社會各方面的壓力與期待。而運動員之訓練經歷對個人的影響包含可移轉的能力如心理韌性、自我效能以及策略與計劃能力等,不僅在運動領域發揮效用,更對受訪者的生涯造成深遠的影響;在組織層面,透過資料分析比較不同組織模式造成的影響,並描繪一般組運動員的運動社會化歷程;在社會層面,研究發現一般組資源稀少,主要體現在缺乏運動傷害防護、缺乏心理支持輔導以及缺乏賽事及比賽機會的三大方面。在社會層面之討論進一步藉由傅柯理論來詮釋訓練文化,加深對運動員訓練文化的理解。本研究進一步探討全大運其他賽制以及時空變化對運動員的影響,並提出對大專一般組田徑運動的反思,以及未來改善我國學生運動員之訓練、環境與教育之建議。藉由深入了解大專一般組運動員的訓練文化,希望能有助於提升運動員的整體表現與未來發展。


    This study focuses on college elite track and field athletes in the general division (vs professional division) in Taiwan, aiming to delve into their training culture and skill transfer through the lenses of sociology and psychology. In the methodology section, a self-ethnographic account of the researcher's personal experience as a college-level general category track and field athlete is utilized. In-depth interviews are conducted to explore the athletes' motivations for participating in track and field, their training environment, experiences, and how their training journeys impact their careers. The findings of the study reveal several key points. At the individual level, athletes in the general division face the challenge of managing multiple identities, yet in our nation, they encounter a deficit in the essential support systems. While shifting between different roles, they must navigate pressures and expectations from various societal aspects. The impact of athletes' training experiences on their personal development encompasses transferable skills such as psychological resilience, self-efficacy, strategic thinking, and planning. These skills not only benefit them within the sports realm but also have far-reaching effects on their overall career paths. At the organizational level, the study analyzes and compares the influence of different organizational models of the college sports team and portrays the athletes' socialization process in the field of sports. At the societal level, it's noted that general category athletes face limited resources, particularly evident in the lack of protection against sports-related injuries, inadequate psychological support and counseling, as well as a shortage of competitive events and opportunities. The discussion on the societal level is further enriched by interpreting the training culture using Foucault's theory, enhancing our understanding of athletes' training culture. This study explores how alternative formats and changes in time and space within the National Collegiate Games affect athletes. It also assesses college-level track and field sports, offering suggestions to enhance training, environment, and education for student athletes in Taiwan. By understanding the training culture of these athletes, the goal is to enhance their performance and future development.
