本文主要工作，是將逐次概似比檢定(Sequential Probability Ratio Test)應用在統計製程管制(Statistical Process Control)上。使用逐次概似比檢定時，觀察值會先透過一個函數轉換，使得逐次概似比檢定能夠有更好的檢定力，陳俊宇(2013)對逐次概似比檢定中的管制界限，以及轉換函數中的參數，以電腦模擬的方式，已經有初步的研究。本論文將以理論，探討管制界限的設定，以及轉換函數中參數的選取，使得逐次概似比檢定能有更好的檢定力。
