雖然現存許多關於軟體可用性(Usability)評估技術之學術研究,但具實用性的系統化可用性評估模式卻很少,因此本研究應用系統工程的觀點,將整個評估程序視為一個系統化之程序,並建立一套系統化的軟體可用性評估方法論。旨在讓軟體設計者瞭解,不同的設計階段需考量不同的可用性評估技術,藉由不斷的評估、改善與維持的循環,軟體系統才能符合預期的設計目標,並達成易學性(Learnability)、易用性(Ease of use)的境界。
為了驗證本研究所提出之軟體可用性評估方法論的可行性,吾人將方法論(Methodology)實際運用於個案公司企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)軟體之可用性評估,在評估的過程中整理出軟體介面設計的評估準則與軟體系統之啟發式評估問卷,並證實此方法論的實用性,期待此方法論可廣為推行,並從實際運用中發現尚待改進的缺失,然後可進行修改,以使此方法論盡善盡美。
There are a lot of academic researches focusing on the aspect of analyzing the usability of software; yet, curiously, few on the practical analytical mode. This research, therefore, from the aspect of applied system engineering, takes the whole evaluation procedure as a systematic one and further establishes a systematic software on analyzing usability of software.
The aim of this research is for the software programmer to realize there are various techniques for analyzing utilities on different stages of programming. By a sequential analysis, improvement, and maintenance, the software can be programmed to be more reliable as expected and, further, to be more learnable and easier of use.
To testify the reliability of this research, the methodology being adopted is to run a program on analyzing the usability of the software, Enterprise Resource Planning in the elected company. On the process of analyzing, the standards of the interfaces and the questionnaires can be organized and the utilities can be testified.
