  • 本研究旨在分析半導體設備製造商的企業成長與成長策略。以國際領導廠商ASML、AMAT、TEL、LAM和KLA為研究案例,透過質性分析的研究方法,探討這些公司在成長過程中的策略選擇。研究發現,這些領導廠商透過階層擴張、市場併購和網絡關係等策略,在高度競爭的市場中保持領先地位。這些策略不僅加強產品的市場佔有率,也增強在技術節點進化過程中的技術競爭力,並在全球半導體設備行業中保持競爭優勢。研究結果期望能為台灣的半導體設備製造商提供實際的策略參考和應用指南。

    This study aims to analyze the corporate growth and growth strategies of semiconductor equipment manufacturers, using international leading companies such as ASML, AMAT, TEL, LAM, and KLA as case studies. Through a qualitative research approach, this study explores the strategic choices made by these companies during their growth phases. The findings reveal that these leading manufacturers maintain their leading positions in a highly competitive market through strategies such as hierarchical expansion, market mergers and acquisitions, and network relationships. These strategies not only strengthen the companies' market share but also enhance their technological competitiveness during the evolution of technology nodes, thereby sustaining a competitive advantage in the global semiconductor equipment industry. The results of this study are expected to provide practical strategic references and guidelines for Taiwan's semiconductor equipment manufacturers.
