新產品開發是一個企業所有活動的基礎也是獲利的來源,企業透過供應商參與新產品開發已成為縮短開發時間和提高成功率的捷徑。過去已有許多文獻證明供應商參與新產品開發的貢獻,但對於新產品開發階段供應商的分類和評選因子卻未有更詳細的研究。
本研究以完成新產品開發為目標,透過本研究的評選流程架構,先界定新產品開發與供應商評選的需求,並以所使用技術的創新程度來區分新產品類型和提供新材料的供應商。藉由將材料分為創新與非創新二種不同類型後,使用AHP來探討創新材料供應商在創新產品開發過程中的評選因子與權重,以求找出最適合的供應商以順利完成新產品開發的任務,並比較其它相關文獻結果的差異。而在研究中發現了新產品開開發階段最重要的關鍵因子為供應商的技術能力與財務能力,這也呼應了MEMS的特性高度的規格不確定性、需要長時間及龐大的資源的投入才有機會完成新產品開發。最後透過MEMS顯示器供應商評選的案例,比較與驗證本研究所得出之結果,找到回饋到案例公司的供應商評選流程中,以提升現有流程的效率。
