本研究以二階段知覺控制模式為理論基礎，旨在探討國小學童之控制觀與環境行為之相關性，為了達成研究目的，以問卷為工具，採取方便取樣的方式，選取板橋市某一學校四年級與六年級學生各四個班級為研究樣本，共得有效樣本204人。所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、二系列相關、變異數分析、逐步迴歸分析等統計方法，進行統計分析。研究結果發現：
1. 國小學童面對環境問題普遍抱持著內控觀。
2. 國小學童面對環境問題所抱持的控制觀會因為性別不同而有顯著差異。
3. 國小學童普遍具有良好的環境行為，表現優劣依序為：生態管理、消費行為、說服行動、法律行動。
4. 國小學童的環境行為，會因為年級、環保經驗、家庭社經地位、是否從親戚獲取環境資訊而有顯著差異。
5. 控制觀與環境行為呈現低度的相關性。而生態管理、消費行為、說服行動、法律行動四個面向也都與控制觀有一定程度的相關。
6. 控制觀與學生一些背景能夠某種程度的有效預測學生的環境行為。
此外，研究者針對研究發現提出一些教學及未來研究的建議以供參考。

This study has employed the theory of Two-Process Model of Perceived Control, to explore the relationships between the locus of control and the environmental behavior. In order to achieve the purpose, a questionnaire method and the way of convenience sampling were used. This study has chosen a group of 4th graders and 6th graders as study samples. In total, 204 valid samples were collected from a school which is located in Ban ciao District, New Taipei City. Collected data were analyzed by using Descriptive statistics, t tests, bi-serial correlation; ANOVA and Regression Analysis methods. The findings are showed as below:

1. In facing environmental problems, elementary school children commonly hold Internal Locus of Control.
2. The elementary school children’s locus of control is significantly different between different gender.
3. Elementary school children generally have a good environmental behavior, the performance order from high to low is, eco-management, consumerism, persuasion and legal action.
4. The environmental behavior of elementary school children perform varied according to their grades, environmental experience, socioeconomic status and accessing environmental information from their relatives.
5. Locus of control and environmental behavior exhibits a low degree of correlation. But to a certain extent, the four dimensions. i. e. eco-management, consumerism, persuasion and legal action, are related to locus of control.
6. Up to certain extent, locus of control and some of the students’ background variables can predict of students’ environmental behavior.

In addition, some suggections were made for future researches and teaching.
