本篇論文以理論推導計算、數值模擬和實驗方法應用於開放式共振腔來量測材料之介電常數。主要是在Ka-band 的35GHz 附近去做量測。理論上是應用光學Gaussian Beam的模型加上微擾理論去計算介電常數。實驗上是利用HP8510 網路分析儀去做量測,主要量測材料是Teflon 為樣本。
數值模擬軟體主要是利用HFSS10去做模擬。實驗所量測到的
值和已知論文量測值比較,電場平行樣品的介電常數誤差約6%,而電場垂直樣品的介電常數誤差約1%。結果與大部分已知論文相近。
