橡膠製品在工業時代扮演了重要腳色,舉凡鋼鐵業,石化業,運輸業,旅遊業等等,跟人們的生活息息相關,大量的橡膠製品被製造出來使用,而此類產品是不可被自然界自然分解的,所以廢棄的橡膠製品不斷的累積,造成了環境汙染,日益嚴重. 基於身為地球一份子,對於保護地球生態責無旁貸,投入廢棄橡膠產品回收再利用的行列, 廢輪胎大多数由不經合格的工場使用,或磨粉生產再生膠,或非法進行煉油,或少部分堆積在市郊處,偶而可见绵延上千米堆积如山的廢輪胎,不但是環保问题同时也是衛生问题。廢輪胎内若有積水蚊蠅孳生傳染病菌。
本論文研究從兩個方面做研究探討:
* 廢舊輪胎回收系統的技術創新
* 商業模式的創新
來解決目前在全世界堆積如山的廢舊橡膠輪胎,並達到循環經濟資源重複被使用的目的。

Rubber products have played a significant role in the industrial age. The steel industry, petrochemical industry, transportation industry, tourism industry, etc. are built close to the lives of societies. Numerous rubber products are manufactured and used, and such products cannot be naturally decomposed. The accumulated wasted rubber products have caused environmental pollution and the issue is increasingly serious. As a member of the earth, it’s a duty-bound to preserve the ecology and to invest ourselves into the field of wasted rubber products recycling.
Most of the wasted tires are processed by unqualified workshops. They reclaimed it by grinding, or illegally refined it, or piled it up at the suburb. The wastes are easy to be seen along the hill for kilometers.
Not only an environmental issue, health can also be a huge problem. Water-borne mosquitoes in wasted tires can cause infectious diseases.

This thesis focuses on two aspects:
 Technological innovation of wasted tire recycling system
 Business model innovation
To solve the waste rubber tires those are currently piled up in the world, and to achieve the purpose of repeated use of circular economy resources.
