校長關係領導是影響教師希望感高低的重要因素。本研究旨在了解國民中學校長關係領導是影響教師希望感的現況，並探討上述二者的相關情形。研究方法為文獻分析與問卷調查法。研究對象為新竹縣市地區公立國民教師，共發出77份問卷，回收率83.12%，有效樣本共530份。問卷回收後分別以項目分析、驗證式因素分析、敘述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、皮爾森相關、逐步多元廻歸，以及結構方程模式等統計方法進行分析。根據研究結果將結論分析歸納如下：
一、國民中學教師對校長關係領導之現況知覺良好。
二、國民中學教師對教師希望感之現況知覺良好。
三、男性之國民中學教師對校長關係領導的知覺較良好。
四、國民中學校長關係領導與教師希望感相關係數r值達.507，具有顯著正相關存在。
五、校長關係領導之「授權賦能」層面對整體教師希望感最具有預測效果。
本研究根據以上結論，提出幾點建議提供教育主管機關、國民中學學校行政單位、國民中學教師與未來相關研究作參考。

Principal leadership are important factors affecting the level of teachers ' sense of hope. This research is aimed at understanding the relationship between junior high school principals leadership affect the status of the teacher's sense of hope, and to investigate the circumstances of both. Study on methods for the analysis of literature and questionnaire. Study for the city of Hsinchu County area public school teachers ' issued a total of 77 questionnaires, recovery 83.12%, sample a total of 530. Questionnaires after the project analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistics, independent samples t test and Pearson's correlation analysis, multiple regression, and structural equation modeling, statistical methods of analysis. According to the research result analysis conclusions are summarized below:
一、 Junior high school teachers ' perception of the status of principal leadership is good.
二、 The national perception of teachers ' sense of hope the status of middle school teachers is good.
三、 Male junior high school teachers ' consciousness of principal leadership is good.
四、 Junior high school principal leadership and teachers ' sense of hope that the correlation coefficient r. 507, with significant positive correlation exists.
五、 Principal leaders of "empowerment" is most predictive effect on overall sense of hope.
On the basis of these conclusions, suggestions of the education authority, national secondary school administrative units, primary school teachers and future research for reference.
