本研究旨在探討「不同婚姻狀況精神分裂病患者的生活品質與婚姻滿意度」，並探討生活品質與婚姻滿意度的相關情形。本研究於98年9月至99年3月期間，採用立意取樣法從某地區醫院精神科病人中抽取精神分裂病患者共220人，以結構式訪談問卷蒐集病患的相關資料。研究工具包含基本資料問卷、簡短精神症狀量表（BPRS）、整體功能量表、世界衛生組織生活品質問卷(台灣簡明版)、及婚姻滿意度量表。所蒐集的資料以描述統計、單因子多變量變異數分析、積差相關、典型相關等統計方法進行分析。重要結果如下：
一、精神分裂病患者的生活品質屬中等滿意程度。其中生理與環境範疇較佳， 心理與
社會關係範疇最差。
二、患者婚姻滿意度屬於中等滿意程度，以心理、社會及生活層面最佳，經濟與價值觀
層面最差。
三、不同就業狀況與收入的患者在生活品質上呈現差異，但生活品質不因婚姻狀況而有
差異。
四、不同婚姻經驗患者的婚姻滿意度主要在價值觀層面呈現差異，已婚同住者優於離婚
者，離婚者優於已婚分居者。
五、已婚同住患者的生活品質與婚姻滿意度有正相關，在生活品質的社會關係範疇得分
愈高者，其婚姻滿意度中各層面皆愈佳；在生活品質的環境範疇得分愈高者，其在
經濟層面的滿意度愈高，但在心理及價值觀層面滿意度愈低。

最後根據研究結果，對相關單位及未來研究提出建議。

ABSTRACT
The purposes of this study were to explore the quality of life and the marital satisfaction in schizophrenic patients with different marital status , and the relationship between the quality of life and the marital satisfaction of the married patients. Two hundred and twenty Schizophrenic patients, sampled from a regional psychiatric institute, were interviewed with a structured self-report questionnaire. The questionnaire included (1) the demographic data, (2)the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS), (3) the Global Assessment of Functioning, (4)the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF（WHOQOL-BREF）,and (5) the Marital Satisfaction Scale. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, product-moment correlation and canonical correlation perspectively. The main findings were as followed:
1. Schizophrenic patients showed moderate satisfactions with their quality of life. Among 4
subscales of WHOQOL-BREF，they got higher score in physical and environmental
subscales, and lower scores in mental and social subscales.
2. Patients with marital experience reported moderate satisfactions with their marriage . They
presented more satisfactions in the mental, social and life aspects than in economical and
philosophic aspects of their marriage.
3. High-income patients reported higher satisfactionin their quality of life than the low-income
patients. However, there was no significant difference in quality of life among 5 different
marital-status patients.
4. Different marital-status patients declared different marital satisfaction mainly philosophic
aspects. Married and live-with-spouse patients declared higher satisfaction than the divorced
ones, and the divorced patients were more satisfied than the separation ones.
5. There was a significantly positive correlation between the quality of life and the marital
satisfaction in married patients who lived with their spouses. Patients with good social life
showed more satisfaction in all aspects of the marital satisfaction than other marital-status
ones. Patients who perceived better environmental quality of life were more satisfied in the
economical aspect than in the mental and philosophic aspects of their marriage.
According to the results of the research, suggestions for future studies were proposed.
