此研究藉由分析線上課程型式偏好、教學平台功能、上課時互動性、學習成績變化以及線上學習成效等因素，提出了在疫情後補教業數位化轉型的建議。
研究結果指出，線上教學平台應強化互動性、豐富教學資源的多樣性，並建立完善的評估機制以確保數位教育的品質。同時，補教業需注意數據安全和隱私保護，並積極參與數位教育社群以了解最新的教育趨勢。此外，本研究特別強調一對一線上教學模式的優勢，包括更好地滿足學生的個性化需求、提高師生互動質量以及提供學生更靈活的學習時間和空間。為實現一對一線上教學模式的最佳效果，補教業需要優化線上教學平台，提高教師的線上教學能力，並強化教學品質監控。透過這些措施，補教業將能成功地實現數位化轉型，並充分發揮一對一線上教學模式的潛力，進而提高學生的學習成效，滿足不同學生的個性化需求，並為補教業的可持續發展奠定基礎。

This study proposes recommendations for the digital transformation of the tutoring industry post-pandemic through an analysis of factors such as preferences for online course formats, functionalities of teaching platforms, interactivity during lessons, changes in learning outcomes, and assessments of online learning effectiveness. The findings suggest that online teaching platforms should enhance interactivity, diversify instructional resources, and establish comprehensive assessment mechanisms to ensure the quality of digital education. Meanwhile, the tutoring industry needs to pay attention to data security and privacy protection, and actively participate in digital education communities to keep abreast of the latest educational trends. Moreover, this study particularly emphasizes the advantages of one-on-one online teaching models, including better meeting individualized student needs, improving teacher-student interaction quality, and providing students with more flexible learning times and spaces. To achieve the best results from the one-on-one online teaching model, the tutoring industry needs to optimize online teaching platforms, enhance teachers' online teaching capabilities, and strengthen the monitoring of teaching quality. Through these measures, the tutoring industry will be able to successfully achieve digital transformation and fully realize the potential of the one-on-one online teaching model. Consequently, this will improve student learning outcomes, meet the individualized needs of different students, and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the tutoring industry.
