1995年起摩爾定律便成為半導體的演進準則，驅動了全球半導體相關產業鏈的發展，至今不衰；隨著半導體生態圈的蓬勃發展，相繼出現扮演傳遞與溝通的網路產品問世，透過互聯分享的方式，迅速地提升網路的使用度與價值，形成了上游半導體的發展與下游終端網路應用化的循環路徑。本研究依據網路價值鏈三大定律：摩爾定律(Moore’s Rule)、吉爾德定律(Gilder’s Rule)、梅特卡夫定律(Metcalfe’s Rule)所提出的理論，透過全球相關代表性企業的實際研發投資數據，進行以半導體產業的價值鏈關聯性分析，試圖提出在數位轉型與數位經濟中，網路產業價值鏈上中下游利害關係者(設計、生產、製造與消費使用者)在研發投入與市場績效表現間的關聯性與廠商行為特性，以作為數位科技廠商未來營運策略的參考。研究結果指出企業研發經費設定上偏向固定比例模式，且不受全球半導體週期性景氣而同步調節，終端網路使用者成長的趨勢與中游的電信設備研究開發，及爆炸性成長的社群網路月活躍用戶數間，三者具有高度關聯性與結果輸出影響。

Since 1995, Moore ’s Law has become the evolutionary criterion of semiconductors, driving the development of the global semiconductor-related industry chain until now. With the vigorous development of the semiconductor ecosystem, network products that play a role in transmission and communication have emerged one after another. Through the way of internet sharing to quickly improve the use and value of the network, forming a circular path for the development of upstream semiconductors and the application of downstream terminal networks. This research is based on the theories put forward by the three major laws of the Internet value chain: Moore's Rule, Gilder's Rule, and Metcalfe's Rule, through actual R & D investment data of relevant leading companies around the world To conduct an analysis of the relevance of the value chain of the semiconductor industry in an attempt to propose that in the digital transformation and digital economy, the upstream, downstream and upstream stakeholders of the network industry value chain (design, production, manufacturing and consumer users) invest in R & D and market performance The correlation between performance and the characteristics of vendor behavior are used as a reference for digital technology vendors' future operating strategies. The results of the study indicate that corporate R&D expenditures are set to a fixed-ratio model and are not regulated synchronously by the global semiconductor cyclical boom.
There are highly correlated relations and output influence among of the growing trend of individual internet users and the cost of research and development of midstream telecommunications equipment and the explosive growth of social network monthly active user number.
